Spaces and capacities To make your wedding reception a most prestigious celebration, the Château de Dio offers several spaces: The main room and its dance floor, former stables of the estate, accommodate 130 guests, a separate part of which can be reserved for the youngest. The main courtyard allows you to accommodate 120 people for the secular ceremony. This open-air space is the ideal place to organize this ceremony. It can also be covered with a canopy to prevent weather hazards. The farmyard and its lawns can accommodate up to 500 guests or more. The covered promenade is the ideal place, in the shade of the walls, to receive your cocktail or your wine of honor. The adjoining cellars can accommodate a childcare center during the reception. Accommodation Experience castle life in the bridal chamber of the Lice (2 people) or the apartment of the Tower of the castle (2 people). For one night, also offer an authentic setting to your privileged guests by offering them the possibility of occupying the 16 beds made available to you in the three lodgings of the medieval hamlet (the Maison du Notable, the Maison du Chanoine, the Maison Extramuros) at the foot of the castle in 10 rooms. There are also two other lodgings in the hamlet for the accommodation of 5 and 10 people and the stopover lodging of Dio which can accommodate 16 people at a reduced price. 2 kilometers from Dio, a large lodging of 16 places welcomes you in Valquières. 8 kilometers away, a hotel offers 15 double rooms in a hamlet surrounded by nature. Finally, there are two hotels with 30 double rooms (preferential rate) in Mourèze, 20 minutes from Dio, and a new, good-quality hotel (60 rooms) in Avène, also 20 minutes from Dio.
