An increasingly rare thing, the desserts are perfectly on par with the quality of the dishes. The cellar is also very well stocked and the staff is able to answer all the questions and needs you may have regarding the choice of dishes and wines. Exceptional. Quality service, perfectly accomplished cuisine, the chef is really up to the task, he was also kind enough to come to our table. A completely exceptional setting, which gave a special atmosphere. In fact we were placed under the glass roof in the interior courtyard where there was a gentle warmth, despite the cold outside. An evening that will leave a good memory, that's for sure.New Year's Eve dinner. Excellent table, everything was perfect. The dinner as well as the breakfast were up to the prestige of the place, as was the massage which did us a world of good. Our room was very spacious with ultra comfortable bedding. Between the restaurant part in a sumptuous setting under the glass roof of the castle, the immense park for receptions and the hotel rooms, it is an idyllic place to organize your family events. I was there as part of a wedding and it really is the perfect place. For the food, nothing to complain about, fine and succulent dishes.Superb place.
