Well-cooked & delicious

This was our first visit to Madrid, & the hotel ensured it was very pleasant. We were upgraded to a suite from a superior room. The suite is spacious, & well appointed as you'd expect. Although our room had 3 French doors to balconies, the room was well sound proofed & no street noise disturbed us. The bed was fairly comfortable & the bathroom was spacious. Beautiful original staircase

Checked in with Javi and he not only reviewed the hotel amenities with us. He also gave us a map circling all the sites we should see and going over everything. Reception area, bar area and sitting area all very lovely. Beautiful original staircase up to our room on the third floor. Our room was spacious with high ceilings and a large comfortable bed.
