AC Hotel Carlton Madrid by Marriott

While the location is excellent, and rooms quite good for the money, the service was a very happy surprise. Ms. Rocio made our stay very very pleasant and ensured that our family gets connected rooms, even let us do early check ins with was a blessing after such a long travel. Thank you so much Ms Rocio. :)

Had a pleasant stay here when travelling for work. Clean, modern and spacious room that was well kept. Climate control worked well and the bathroom was easy to use. The breakfast selection was decent, with a few hot options including eggs and frittata among cold cuts and pastries. The location is very accessible from Atocha station and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel for work and had a great time. The rooms were clean, the service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful around the clock. Although it's a 20-minute walk to the city center, the proximity to Retiro Park and the train station made up for it. Overall, a great experience and great - value for money.Would recommend for both leisure and business travelers. 🇪🇸🌟

It's a nice place. The staff so far have been wonderful. Rooms are clean and are well stocked with little conveniences. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Very nice variety of items and all prepared well. Overall charming and nice, would stay again.
