excellent quality.

Great price for a large modern room. The spa bathroom was amazing. The free breakfast was excellent quality. The employees at the front desk were very professional and helpful.

Great customer service.

This hotel is a must! Great customer service. Even though they didn't speak a lot of English, we never felt like they were rude. They went above and beyond to accommodate even with the language barrier. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is good

Rooms are very modern and the shower is very well designed. Hotel staff was really nice and there's coffee/water in the lobby which is nice. The included breakfast was very good; one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had anyways. The location is good too; it is safe to walk around, there is a mall within a 5 minute walk, and there are many restaurants around.

Great hotel. We were in bogota for a wedding and they treated us so well. Breakfast was so good, the room was super clean, and the workers were very professional. Nice mall nearby too. 5 star hotel quality.

Service was impeccable

Fantastic place! Was staying there with a large group of family from the US for a wedding. Service was impeccable, the rooms were clean and modern, the in-house restaurants were great, and the hotel itself is filled with flora and water features. Hope to come back someday.
