The Harlow Exchange is a private heritage loft on the second floor of an 1880 building in Winnipeg's Exchange District. The 3,700 sq ft hall has original exposed brick, white columns, hardwood floors, 15 ft ceilings and twelve foot east-facing windows that fill the room with soft natural light. It is made for micro weddings, ceremonies and intimate receptions of up to 50 guests.
The whole floor is yours. Every booking is exclusive: one event at a time, with the main hall, a 500 sq ft prep room with a Hollywood vanity mirror, a kitchenette and two washrooms reserved for you from setup to teardown.
Bring the team you love. There is no required caterer or vendor list. Choose your own caterer, bartender, florist, officiant and rental company. A service elevator from the rear loading dock makes vendor load-in easy, and alcohol is welcome with a Manitoba Social Occasion Liquor Permit.
Ready to style. Eight white Chiavari chairs, a gold velvet lounge set, an antique chaise and writing desk, folding tables and two Bluetooth speakers are included. The brick and columns need very little decor, and photographers love the window light for portraits.
Simple, hourly booking. Rent from one to twelve hours, any day of the week, with events running until midnight. Music stays at a conversational volume, which suits ceremonies, dinners and celebrations where guests actually want to talk. Book a private viewing to walk the loft before you decide.
