Garth purchased the property in 2006, recognizing it as a little slice of heaven with its stunning forest and breathtaking ocean views. Fondly called "The Farm," Garth and Jennifer have worked tirelessly to restore its charm and breathe new life into the homes and landscape. Once home to horses grazing in the meadow and a natural haven for wildlife artists, "The Farm" has since evolved into a creative sanctuary, inspiring musicians to craft songs destined to be cherished for generations.
After years of hosting friends, family, and unforgettable events, Garth and Jennifer decided to share this magical space more widely, officially opening it for weddings and special occasions in 2024. “We’ve witnessed so much love and joy here,” they share, “and we’re thrilled to provide a place for people to celebrate life’s most meaningful milestones, like weddings.”
With Garth’s vision for the property and Jennifer’s 25+ years of expertise in event planning and fundraising, The Farm is designed to be the ultimate backdrop for unforgettable celebrations. How many people can stay on the property?
We can accommodate up to 24 people with double occupancy.
What makes you special?
We try to make wedding planning as stress free as possible. We offer vendor guides, tips and tricks and budgeting advice. We also have two in house Day of Coordinators who make the day flow seamlessly. We are also more hands on than your traditional venue.
What does each package come with?
We provide tables, chairs, benches, barrels, audio equipment and a variety of decor rentals.
Do you have a corking fee?
No we do not.
What is your rain plan?
We always say embrace the rain. We offer clear umbrellas that make for great photos for your ceremony. We decided a traditional tent doesn’t fit with our beautiful backdrop. We wanted to create an intimate space that was handcrafted with love for our couples. Nestled in the trees we have our beautiful Rain Barn. The Rain Barn is located in the Forest Meadow tucked into the back corner. This is a great alternative for your rain plan or a beautiful space you can use for either your ceremony or reception.
