Holiday Inn Express Grande Prairie, an IHG Hotel

Wonderfully exceptional customer service from desk clerk Mitchell he went above and beyond while patiently helping us through our technical difficulties. All the staff were very friendly and helpful 😉 clean rooms, excellent hot breakfast bar, awesome pool waterslide and hot tub. We will definitely be recommending as well as coming back!!!

Love the exceptional service this Holiday Inn's staff provides. Super friendly and very helpful. We were returning from a trip late at night and they had our check in paperwork ready to go so we could quickly hit the sack after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. The proximity to airport and the taxi shuttle service made for a relaxing and stress-free travel experience.
