Parrot Cove Lodge

Really enjoyed this simple, yet comfortable and cute lodge. The sea was 25 feet away from our door. There was a dock, free kyacking, beach lounges and on-site restaurant/bar. Chef Rob's restaurant has delicious food, the dinners are gourmet, service timing is island slow, but friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great, eggs, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, juice, coffee.

This is our 2nd time in Belize, and 2nd time staying here as well. The rooms are beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff was wonderful as well. Couldn't recommend here more!

At Chef Rob's Parrott Cove in Hopkins, we had a fantastic time. The view from our spotless oceanfront suite was priceless, and this hidden gem is truly very special. The grounds are lovely, and the on-site restaurant is excellent. We liked waking up to stunning sunrises and going swimming and stand-up paddling in the warm ocean in front of the hotel. My wife and I spent 6 days of our honeymoon at Parrot Cove Lodge and absolutely loved every minute of it. Maritsa and Emmalyn were extremely helpful in organizing all the details of our stay. We were beyond impressed with the food prepared by Chef Rob. We had a 4 course meal every night that exceeded our expectations of what you typically get in a resort setting. We stayed for three nights in one of the standard pool facing rooms. We found the hotel to be absolutely charming. The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent (we ate there twice) and good value. But it’s the people that really sets this place apart.
