Lovely, friendly staff. Had a nice, clean room. Beautiful view of sunrise and absolutely great price. Will be staying there again

Room was lovely and clean bed was comfy continental breakfast you could choose what you would like in restaurant or in your room manager was lovely to talk too friendly will definitely be back

We have used this venue multiple times and will continue to do so, the staff and owners, here are the most accommodating and friendly people in the business. The service they provide is excellent and outstanding. We have on occasion stayed overnight and have enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend hiring the conference rooms to any business looking to do so, the location is excellent, parking is excellent and our customers had no problems finding the venue. [...]

We had our Christmas party at Toowoomba Motel and Events Centre and Missy and her team were incredible. The room was beautifully set up, the Christmas Tree was the main feature of all our photos for the night and the tables were set so lovely. The kids were not forgotten about either, with games all set out for them to play. Missy was so easy to deal with and made whatever we asked for happen with ease. Amazing night was had but all.
