Yes! Here at The Continental Sorrento, we have a range of spaces for both ceremonies and reception, so guests can relax and enjoy the celebration without having to leave the venue.
Yes! Whether it’s your first dance or everyone up on the dancefloor together, we ensure there is a space for your dancefloor within our reception spaces. As with any memorable occasion, we understand how important adequate space to dance together is, which is why our wedding reception venues on the Mornington Peninsula have a built-in dancefloor, ensuring you and all your wedding guests can dance the night away to your favourite songs!
We want to help you the best we can to make your planning process as stress-free as possible. Your dedicated Wedding Coordinator will be there for you to answer any questions in the leadup to your big day.
Four weeks out from your wedding ceremony date, you will have a face-to-face meeting or zoom with your Wedding Coordinator, where you’ll go through all details from when you arrive at our wedding venue on the Mornington Peninsula, to when you and your guests depart.
Pets are allowed on your special day on the events level only - Pets, unfortunately, cannot be in any of our public spaces during your wedding, but they’re welcome to join in the day at your wedding ceremonies and stay for some pictures.
Your special day needs to be a reflection of both you and your partner - and this is no different when it comes to styling.
No one knows you better than yourselves. Our wedding venues on the Mornington Peninsula will provide the high-quality essentials (tables, chairs, cutlery etc.), however individual styling elements will need to be organised by the booking party. We do have a list of preferred suppliers that will help bring your wedding day vision to life.
There is car parking for hotel guests underground the hotel, however, a surcharge may apply. There is also lots of public parking around the hotel on the Main Street and side streets. Please note that no parking can be reserved, so guests attending our wedding venues on the Mornington Peninsula are asked to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
