Ramada By Wyndham Cairns City Centre

Amazing staff! Manager served us, lovely customer service even upgraded our room for us which we were thankful for, offered to help carry our things up the stairs and gave us a great discount for all the family as we are local! 10/10 rooms are great condition AC fan and all, 100% coming back here.

I would like to say the room at Ramada was very well maintained clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well to compensate the hot wheather. Staff were very helpful. This place is within walking distance to the city and shopping centers. The place was very quiet so you can have a good night sleep and there is a nice size pool to swim in. Whenever I'm in Cairns again I would be sure to return to Ramada and I would recommend this place for anyone to stay there

Great low key hotel in heart of Cairns! Clean room and friendly staff. The beds are firm and gloriously comfy, hot pot, ceiling fan for white noise, good shower. Plantation style architecture and convenient Asian restaurant attached. Charming dipping pool and lots of great wicker furniture to relax and read in shade. If you like basic (not fancy) but relaxed and simple this hotel is a perfect fit!

The best location, it's a budget style hotel so don't expect the Hilton but the room was clean, the beds were firm, the shower really was lovely, the air conditioning and ceiling fan in the room was delightful - I liked the white noise from the fan - and breakfast was good, plus the helpful and friendly staff, and the location can't be beat! Definitely recommend.

Nice little room, cosy enough for a single night in Cairns. Spacious enough for two people. Has a bath which is a huge win and the large rain shower is amazing! Has a small kettle and fridge for cups of tea. Staff were also very lovely and helpful. Worth considering is some rooms are upstairs and may not be very disability friendly with in bath showers. However very clean and nice, would stay again.
