Happy couple married in February

The entire team are amazing.

We stayed here for 10 nights in Oct/Nov while awaiting an international relocation (and also for our wedding during this time). The entire team are amazing. They are all friendly, professional, and felt like friends by the end of our stay. Any request was dealt with in minutes - even helping to get my husband's phone out to the airport when he realised he had left it behind. I was truly sad to leave! Thank you guys so much for everything, and I wish you all the best now

We stayed at Quay West, Melbourne for 6 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday. Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were wonderful, very friendly on every interaction. The location is very handy to everything you'd want to experience in Melbourne.

Such a great experience

Stayed for our wedding anniversary and could not have wished for a better experience. From checking in with Malcolm who was so welcoming to seeing the awesome view from our room. Such a great experience, we will definitely be back again 👍🥰

The hotel was clean & had wonderful views

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location. The hotel was clean & had wonderful views. James at the front desk was fantastic. When I told him we were staying for our 20th wedding anniversary he very kindly arranged for some complimentary Champagne & chocolate to be taken to our room before we got there. This is our new favorite hotel to say in when we want to stay in the Melbourne CBD.
