How many guests can your venue accommodate?
Nestled in a secluded setting along the beautiful Noosa River, Noosa Waterfront can host up to 120 guests for a formal sit-down celebration or up to 150 guests for a relaxed cocktail-style wedding celebration. With a private pocket of Chaplin Park (Footbridge Park) right beside the restaurant, you can celebrate your ceremony and reception in one tranquil riverside location.
What wedding packages do you offer?
Our delicious menus are designed to suit a range of styles and budgets, with the flexibility to tailor a package to suit your celebration. Choose from à la carte, feasting, cocktail-style or degustation menus with matching wines, and enhance your experience with options including a seafood station, pizza station, cheese station, tiramisu station, cannoli cart and wedding cake. Our carefully curated beverage packages can also be personalised, with options including cocktails, Champagne and an elegant Champagne tower.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
All known dietary requirements can be catered for, ensuring every guest can enjoy the celebration.
How much does a wedding at your venue cost?
Our venue hire is based on a minimum food and beverage spend, with pricing varying by day and season. Half-day venue hire is $11,000* or $16,000 Sunday to Tuesday, and $13,000* or $19,000 Friday and Saturday. Full-day venue hire, including a wet-weather ceremony option, is $13,000* or $19,000 Sunday to Tuesday, and $15,000 or $21,000 Friday and Saturday. June and July are our low-season months**, offering more favourable minimum spend options.
What is included with the venue hire, such as tables, chairs, styling or ceremony setup?

♡ Dedicated wedding coordinator to guide you throughout the planning process
♡ Choice of a seated reception with tables, chairs, white linen and tableware, or a cocktail-style celebration with arranged tables and chairs
♡ Personalised menus featuring your names and wedding date
♡ Menu tasting experience to help you select your perfect wedding menu
♡ Basic place card and special item setup
♡ Access to our preferred wedding suppliers and local accommodation guide, while also offering the flexibility to work with suppliers of your choice
♡ Ceremony package: 26 restaurant chairs and a small signing table for $300, complimentary for weddings booked through Bridebook
What time can we access the venue on our wedding day?
Half-day venue hire includes access from 9:00am or 3:00pm, while full-day venue hire provides access from 10:00am for setup and preparations.
Do you offer menu tastings?
We offer a menu tasting to help you select the perfect dishes for your wedding day. Tastings can be arranged 3 months to 6 weeks prior to your wedding, allowing us to showcase the freshest seasonal produce that will be available for your celebration.
Is there a wet-weather option for outdoor ceremonies?
Our full-day venue hire includes a wet-weather backup option for your ceremony, giving you peace of mind whatever the weather brings.
What are the booking requirements, including deposits, payment dates and cancellation policies?
A $500 non-refundable deposit and completed booking form are required to secure your wedding date. A $2,000 interim payment is due six months prior to your wedding, with the remaining balance payable three weeks before the event.
