Set amongst acres of beautiful countryside, Ivory Pavilion brings together modern elegance, relaxed celebrations and gorgeous country charm.
Say I do beside the dam, with rolling hills and established trees creating a naturally beautiful ceremony backdrop, before your guests settle into our beautifully styled beer garden with light lounges, coffee tables, umbrellas, festoon lighting and giant lawn games while you wander the surrounding grounds for photos.
Inside, our modern Cocktail Lounge features high ceilings, ambient LED lighting and greenery through every window, while the Grand Room creates the wow factor with a towering greenery wall, full rose feature wall, soft ceiling draping and fairy lights, a large white dance floor, farmhouse-style trestle tables and classic white cross-back chairs.
Modern, relaxed and effortlessly gorgeous — with just the right touch of country.

We aren't a DIY venue, and we're proudly not trying to be. Our couples choose us because they want the beautiful venue and the experienced team, trusted suppliers, planning, styling and coordination that make getting married feel exciting rather than overwhelming.

We will recommend you to everyone!We had our wedding at Ivory pavilion 27.09.25 Omg we had the most amazing Day!!! we could not fault it 🤍 Staff were amazing with all guests and couldn't fault in any way also got some amazing tips like wine bottle spray which we never thought about. The Photo Booth was an absolute hit everyone loveddd it! And I had so many people complement how beautiful the venue is ✨ The food was a massive hit aswell, I honestly thought we had ordered to much 🤣 nope it was all gone platter & the pizza Trent We had our wedding at Ivory pavilion 27.09.25 Omg we had the most amazing Day!!! we could not fault it 🤍 Staff were amazing with all guests and couldn't fault in any way also got some amazing tips like wine bottle spray which we never thought about. When Alyssa and Travis showed us around and spoke about their vision for the place you could hear the passion they had for their new venue. Our ceremony took place outside near the lake and trees, surrounded by beautiful views, creating such an amazing atmosphere for our vows. The reception space was equally stunning with ample room for our guests to dance and celebrate. What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Prioritise the list of must have suppliers so your date is saved first. Venue, Celebrant, Photography & Videographer and MC & DJ. Everything else will fall in to place.
In our inclusive packages thats exactly what we do. Your suppliers are secure before the wedding is paid in full so you can chip away on your three Instalments and follow our easy flow wedding planning steps in each meeting.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
So many! We can help with ideas as all weddings are different. but some faves to mention - Handing the Bouquet to someone special versus tossing it into the single guests. Having mum walk the bride down the isle. Father and Daughter and mother and son dances for anyone in the room who has a son or daughter there with them.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Spoilt for choices we have the golden sun come in over the side of the building and trees in all areas of the grounds so a short walk and inside, on balconies are all beautiful spots.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Katrina Rowntree presenter visited our venue and interviewed owner Alyssa. TV show "Find my Country House" That's our claim to fame currently.

Can you transfer guests who cant get from ceremony to beer garden / cocktail lounge?
Yes, included in your Inclusive Package is a 6x seater buggy for guests transfers where needed and for use for photos across the acres across the Buninyong Golf Course.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our high ceilings which are decorated with chandeliers, fairy lights and even greenery drape with drop down bulb lights, Fabric softly drapping above the high cielings.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
8. 5 months of renovations no way to trade just dug in and worked hard labor and got the venue ready to shine. Since we opened the door we have done so many more touches to just make Ivory one of the best options for wedding couples and even more events. Its just beautiful and well worth the short trip out the country. We might be close to Ballarat but we are in a small country town thats jusy dreamy and relaxed and sits only an hour from most towns.
