Excellent accommodation. Great country club a short walk away for food drinks and entertainment. Tracy,Jim and daz make you feel very welcome at the country club. Will definitely be back

Plenty of choice and really good options

We stayed a week. The plan was to play golf at the Rosebud courses (there's two) and see the sights of the Mornington peninsular. Rosebud is a good location giving you good access around the peninsular. The room was large, clean (and cleaned daily) and very comfortable. The golf resort restaurant is only open on two nights so you need to go into Rosebud for dinner other nights (5 minute drive) - where there is plenty of choice and really good options. [...]

Last minute booking, everything was lovely, clean and fresh. Walked to the restaurant for breakfast they were very helpful food was nice

Want to go to the beach or a place that's a short distance from Enchanted adventures or the gondola? Here's a great choice for anyone. The rooms have all things a place needs and more. There's also a place to barbecue food that are free for the guests. It's also situated next to a golf course and allows for a 5% discount from the cafe.
