Art Series - The Cullen

Very modern and comfortable. The studios are spacious and quirky. It’s also located in a good pocket if you’re there for chapel street offerings. Trams are a stone away and so are prahran markets

Very well priced. Cheap overnight parking. Good, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good security. I don't like the smoke glass toilet / bathroom walls. It's a little uncomfortable even with a married couple.

The Cullen is a great hotel in a very good location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was large and very well equipped. We loved the art work and atmosphere that it created. Would definitely return. So close to trains and trams and to the Prahran market.

Perfect location, easy to get around. Wonderful and warm receptionist. Would have to given them 5 out of 5. The only disappointment is the house cleaning. We have put a cleaning sign out on our door and we have no cleaning during our 3 nights stay. The reception did replenish our supplies as soon as we called them.

Highly recommended the stay at The Cullen Art Series in Melbourne. So very clean, the room was larger than expected. Everything exceeded our expectations. They had a great restaurant recommendation upon our arrival a day we loved the art through out the hotel. We would have liked our room turned over, but I think by the time we put our sign on the door for a clean at 10am the cleaners must have been past our floor already.

If you can get a room here, you should. They’re spacious, beautiful and thoughtfully designed. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and it has these marvelous curtains that separate the room and give you great privacy. There is great food around the corner and if you’re visiting the area, you should try every single coffee shop nearby. They truly are each unique and wonderful. The water pressure from the shower is great. The beds are comfy. The location is special.
