Wedding: December

After all of the wedding traditions, speeches and dancing we were then treated to additional food later on for a late snack. It was a slice of pizza which was okay, along with a croque monsieur which was incredible! Was welcomed after a few hours of celebrating our friends wedding. After a long day celebrating we finally made our way back to the room. The room has a lot of character, the bed was extremely comfortable and in general was a peaceful room to be in.

such a stunning venue

Visited to attend a wedding, and amazed at the beauty of the location, and such a stunning venue. Staff were excellent, and all very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious, and well presented, by attentive staff. The lodge building was wonderful with lots of space for communal meeting, and lots of drawing rooms, n cosy fireside spaces to sit in small groups too. Decor very homely, but stylish. Venue and rooms were very clean, and cleaning staff all very helpful too.

Great location for a wedding

Great location for a wedding, food fabulous, accommodation basic but extremely functional and comfortable if all you want is somewhere to put your head down after. Breakfast was delicious as well

The food was just an amazing experience

Probably the nicest place I have ever stayed in. My son had his wedding there on New Year's Eve and it was just amazing, from our first step in the door the day before the wedding to the morning we left we were treated like royalty by Ciaran and his team. The food was just an amazing experience all farm to fork produce and served in just the right portions. The rooms were beautiful and were decorated to the highest standards, all different to each other.

Not only is it incredibly gorgeous

Wow, I was totally blown away by the Virginia park lodge! Not only is it incredibly gorgeous, but it also has everything you need for a successful wedding, including stunning outdoor and indoor spaces. The staff are super attentive and the service is perfect. And the interiors? Swanky and stylish, but with a cozy country house vibe. It's one of the best venues I've ever seen, and I can't wait to go back... In addition to the stunning surroundings, the food at Virginia park was absolutely divine.
