Describe the best wedding that happened at Lawlor's of Naas?
The best wedding was quite a small affair. They had their ceremony in our 18th Century courtoom, dinner in our restaurant and then had an evening reception in the Random Inn. They really made the most of every inch of the hotel.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Focus on looking after your guests! If they are well fed, entertained and are in a space where they can relax then your wedding will be a memorable event.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
One couple had a handdrawn sketch of each of their guests for place names. Such dedictaion!

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at Lawlor's of Naas?
We've hosted some All-Ireland winning football teams, Love Island hosts and even a couple of Rolling Stones.... We are still looking for our first celebrity wedding (although all our couples get the VIP treatment)
What’s your favourite canapé?
Cured Beef Tatar tartlet, Soy, Japanese Radish, Wasabi... delicious!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Jane Russel’s sausages in thyme& red onion gravy, baby Waterford Blaa’s, hot mustard
What is Lawlor's of Naas most unique feature?
Our 18th Century Courtroom, located on the 4th floor has to be the most unusual addition to our hotel. It is an ideal location for a couple looking for a more unconventional but spectacular ceremony location
What part of your business are you most proud of?
I love to see the enthusiasm that the team have when a wedding is inhouse. All the small little gestures that staff spontaneously do to make the occasion more memorable.
