No wedding at Burtown is the same as the last. We offer truly individual touches like using all our own ingredients from the garden. There’s even an option to use our own flowers for your displays or bouquets. The seasons help inform both the location and the menu, as we pride ourselves on providing rich home grown, organic produce. We can comfortably provide for up to 120 guests in The Green Barn for dinner or up to 140 in a more relaxed fashion and welcome additional people for the after party. We always like to say that anything is possible, so are open to discussion on any ideas and requests you might have. Our venue fee includes exclusive access for wedding couple and their guests to the private gardens that surround Burtown House and our further 12 acres of pleasure grounds. No outside guests will be allowed access to the grounds on your special day. Almost all our produce is grown organically in the gardens here at Burtown. We only ever use free range chicken, wild seafood and the finest Irish beef. We are passionate about what you eat and so your menu will be based on our seasonal organic produce. We have a really great wine menu, and can design a bar for your special night. We also serve Guinness and Carlsberg on tap. Our menu is priced at €135pp, there is a 5% service charge added to your menu price. This service charge goes directly to our front of house and kitchen teams. We are happy to design the perfect menu for you. Please note our menu price does not include canapes at your drinks reception or late night food. We offer a complimentary half bottle of wine per person with dinner. Amazing place - I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to take a break from the busy "city life". Yes, the apartment really is as gorgeous as shown in the picture. Make sure you enjoy brunch at the Green Barn - a healthy start into the day and a sensation for your senses. James is a great host, with attention to the details and very forthcoming. This place is a gem which unlikely will remain hidden for long. We will definitely come back.

What an incredible space! Set within beautiful grounds this is a real escape. The studio is not only furnished immaculately, but filled with a number of unique books and art to get immersed in. I would also highly recommend visiting the on-site Green Barn restaurant. Thank-you, a real privilege to stay here!

This place is magical. An estate that’s been in the family since it was built in the 1700’s, with all the amenities you expect from a first class stay. This made a perfect home base for the southeastern leg of our journey, and honestly made me wish we had more time just to explore the grounds. Our very responsive and interesting host James made us feel truly at home in his impeccably well-appointed and luxurious Stable House. Amazing Accommodation and Restaurant

Had a lovely dinner/lunch with a bottle of wine. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly & talkative. Nice relaxed atmosphere vibe to the whole area and will definitely be going again. Stayed the night on-site in the studio apartment & again could not fault the layout, size and comfort of the space. Looking forward to the next time! Thanks.

We arrived to the Green Barn to a warm welcome, the menu had so many wonderful options we now plan to return to try some more. The food was so fresh, beautifully presented and tasted divine. The service was perfect to leave you to enjoy the food and company but attentive enough to not be wanting for a drink or the opportunity to try some desserts. Overall the culinary adventure exceeded my expectations and I have to say well done to all involved 😊

Three old friends decided on this venue for a long lazy brunch on Thursday .. super menu, everything was delicious ,so flavoursome and beautiful presentation ( we ended up having more coffee and desserts after our brunch.) It was so nice I want back today with another friend for brunch, we we’re running a little late but the lovely waitress ( blonde hair, nice smile) said no problem we’ll sort you out, I tried the Barn breakfast ( had pancakes with bacon, poached pear , pecan nuts and maple syru

Superb cocktails and tapas at the Green Barn. They have the nicest, most welcoming and helpful staff. I love the decor and the ambiance. Great choice of cocktails and tapas dishes, would highly recommend The prawns pil-pil. The best Irish coffees I have ever had. Thank you for a lovely evening, we will be back.

We stayed for one night at Burtown House just recently and overall the experience was fantastic. We stayed in the Studio which was cosy and calm, a perfect rest. We'd eaten at the Green Barn previously, so we knew how good it was and on this our second time eating there, it has only gotten better.
